THE INSIGHT

With so many options, and so many claims, there’s a lack of trust in the skincare category. Also, Asda is not usually seen as a destination for skincare, meaning that driving skincare shoppers there represented a significant challenge.

THE APPROACH

We wanted to make nspa Expert a ‘must-try’ product range. This meant reassuring people about the efficacy of the product with a 30-day money back guarantee. We also used well-known and trusted faces to get the word out.

THE OUTPUT

An intelligent programmatic media plan to launch the nspa Expert Challenge (30 days to better skin), geo-targeted around key stores and utilising our ambassadors across all media touchpoints. There was also ongoing optimisation based on best performing messages and creative.

THE RESULTS

The nspa Expert range became the best-selling skincare product in Asda stores.
